Merry Christmas folks! Here’s my present to you all – I’m releasing a side project I’ve been working on the past month and a half – All I Want for Christmas is a Girlfriend (AWCG)!
Download Now!
- Version 1.0
- Release Date: 2018/12/24
- Size: 49.6 MB (Windows / Linux), 32.5 MB (Mac)
I really enjoyed the challenge of compiling this within a short amount of time. As it’s been a long while since the release of my previous project, the first Café Memoria, this gave me a refresher in completing projects. And I felt that one of my many great VN ideas were going to waste; I just had to develop it and see it come alive – the CGs make it more so 🙂
Remember my January 2018 post, stating my goal is to release something before the end of the year? Well, promise fulfilled, just in time! Yeah, it could’ve been a CMD demo, but progress is sloooow (due to factors beyond my control).
I regret being unable to get a voice actress for Natalia, due to time constraints. I’ve considered hiring one a week before release, but I already had too much to do to make a Christmas Eve release possible. Maybe, just maybe, for next year’s Christmas I’ll hire one and make a uh, re-release ^_^
Another regret is the lack of artwork of the male protagonist, Rudolf, for the same reasons as above.
But no regrets in making and releasing this. It’s a joy spreading holiday cheer through this VN! I hope you enjoy playing this as much as I did making it! Let me know what you think about it in the comments (Natalia would love to hear them!). 🙂
Again, thanks for following me, hope you guys stick around for next projects – especially when it comes time to release the CMD demo 😀
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

So it’s nearly a month after the fact, but I played this game anyway. Just the right amount of sweet (guess if you were a lonely student over in the NYC, you’d feel bad on Xmas Eve) for this short holiday piece. Also like the Memoria leitmotifs worked into appropriate seasonal music as well.
That title though, well…

You know, when the project was in its early stages I had a strong hunch I’ve watched a music video with a title like that a long while back (but didn’t bother to check). Now I remember that I did!
Thanks for checking it out, glad you like it 🙂
